Users can't search the Web site with Sherlock

    Make sure you've created an index for the volume on which the Web folder is located.
    Check to be sure the Sherlock plug-in is in the Plug-Ins folder in your server's Web folder.
    Try fixing volume creation dates.
    1 Open AppleShare IP Advanced Setup (located in the Web & File Server folder in the AppleShare IP folder on your server.)
    2 Open the Server menu and choose Fix Volume Creation Dates.
